Umar Gul

New Zealand batsmen were clueless against the accuracy and late swing of Umar Gul
Days Review:

New Zealand and Pakistan played each one match in the Super 8s stage. New Zealand have won there match against Ireland where Pakistan played against Srilanka and lose there to match. This is a done or die match for Pakistan whereas newzeland is playing for the place in the semi-finals. New Zealand won the toss and elected to bat first and they started off well. Then Pakistan bowlers did a fantastic Job and collapse the newzeland batting order who has done the damage is UMAR GUL. He bowled a fantastic spell of 6/5 in his 3 overs and put the opponents in trouble. New Zealand is out for a very low total of 99. Then Pakistan started there chasing and had a very good start. Afridi and Shahzaib Hasan have finished the match with 6 wickets win and keep their chances in the semi-final berth.

Score Details :

India 99 all out (18.3/20 overs)

Pakistan 100/4 (13.1/20 overs)

Man of the Match: Umar Gul is the Man of the Match.
